What you will do but not limited to:

• Conduct cost accounting activities for INDICO's businesses, including cost classification, allocation, inventory valuation and analysis.
• Monitor and analyse costs, expenses, operations of the factory, as well as profitability of INDICO businesses
• Prepare and maintain cost accounting records and reports
• Develop and implement cost control measures and strategies
• Responsible in budgeting and forecasting activities for the factory
• Provide analysis and insights on cost variances, highlighting areas for improvement
• Perform on month and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role preferably from Manufacturing industry
• Willing to be located in Sukabumi
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is preferred
