Job Description

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Plan, create, and manage content across relevant digital platforms and marketing channels.

• Produce engaging content, including social media posts, articles, campaign materials, and other marketing assets.

• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

• Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support marketing campaigns and business initiatives.

• Manage content projects independently, from planning and production to publication and evaluation.

• Provide regular updates and performance reports directly to the Board of Directors (BOD).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

• Proven ability to plan and execute content projects independently from end to end.

• Strong writing, storytelling, editing, and content-planning skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content trends, and content performance metrics.

• Able to translate business objectives into engaging and relevant content.

• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report directly to senior management.
