Digital Marketing Supervisor

Work Arrangement: On Site, WFO

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Research, develop, and execute lead generation and branding campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Conceptualize and create engaging content that builds a community and elevates our brand.
• Proactively test new ideas and messaging to find the "secret recipe" and strategy for effective communication with our audience.
• Set up tracking to monitor the performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and websites.
• Collaborate with other divisions/teams to boost lead performance.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Willing to work from Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
• Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of YouTube Studio and experience managing a team are a plus.
