Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, inventory, and fixed assets), working closely with external consultants.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting , including month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports, KPIs, and cash flow.
• Maintain compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements , as well as internal control policies.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins , and provide recommendations to address variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes, controls, and audit readiness .
• Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making and commercial initiatives .
• Lead or support finance-related projects and process improvements .
• Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or ACCA preferred .
• Strong experience in full-set accounting and month-end closing under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian statutory, tax, and reporting requirements , as well as international accounting standards.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and working capital management .
• Hands-on experience in budgeting and forecasting .
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and overall strong system literacy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail .
• Good communication skills in English , with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
