Property Consultant

"International real estate agency. We have been working since 2017. Sale of real estate from all developers of Dubai and Abu-Dhabi, Russia and Indonesia.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conduct market research to assess property values and trends.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Provide guidance and advice on property investment opportunities.

• Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers.

• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements.

• Stay updated on market conditions, regulations, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. 

Ideal Profile

Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate or sales.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

• Self-motivated with a passion for real estate.
