Head of Operations (Education)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable education institution for the role of Head of Operation. The job is based in Pekanbaru, Indonesia.

Note: The role will be 100% WFO (Work From Office). Relocation will be provided.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Handle full end-to-end accounting duties
• Handle finance duties
• Develop operational SOPs
• Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Lead the team and ensure their performance
• Liaise with external auditors

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of accounting experience
• Preferably someone with experience in the education industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational expertise
• Leadership experience
