Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Menerima panggilan telepon yang masuk
- Menjawab permasalahan nasabah / customer
- Memberikan solusi yang terbaik
- Melakukan diskusi lebih lanjut jika tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut kebagian supervisor / team leader
- Mencatat pesan atau persoalan yang harus diselesaikan perusahaan dan lain-lain
- Melakukan tugas lainnya untuk bagian call center perbankan maupun e-commerce
- Berdomisili di Depok
- Lulusan D3 / S1 semua Jurusan
- Usia maksimal 27 Tahun
- Fresh graduate / berpengalaman dibidang komunikasi
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan komputer office
- Mau bekerja dalam sistem shift
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki jiwa service, ramah, empati
- Dapat berkomunikasi dan berbicara dengan artikulasi yang jelas
- Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar, disiplin dan motivasi yang tinggi
- Tidak memiliki riwayat sakit akut seperti maag, perut, pusing, THT, batuk, dll
