Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers to monitor sales and operational performance.
- Support sales forecasting and business planning through historical and real-time data analysis.
- Identify performance gaps, operational challenges, and growth opportunities to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems while evaluating individual and team performance metrics.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, Google Spreadsheets, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experienced in KPI monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales performance, customer behavior, and operational data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
