Saat ini kami sedang mencari Accountant yang berpengalaman dalam implementasi sistem akuntansi F&B, khususnya Accurate, untuk membantu kami membangun sistem baru, melatih tim, dan memastikan proses akuntansi berjalan dengan baik dan berkelanjutan.

Tanggung Jawab
Melakukan setup dan implementasi sistem Accurate untuk operasional F&B di Kayu Cafe.
Menyusun alur kerja dan struktur data akuntansi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis.
Melatih staf terkait penggunaan sistem akuntansi yang baru.
Mendampingi tim selama masa transisi hingga sistem berjalan dengan lancar.
Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk memastikan sistem digunakan secara konsisten dan efektif.
Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses administrasi dan akuntansi jika diperlukan.
Kualifikasi
Memiliki pengalaman melakukan setup Accurate untuk bisnis F&B.
Memiliki pengalaman melakukan integrasi Accurate dengan iSeller POS.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan dan menjalankan Accurate dalam operasional F&B sehari-hari.
Memahami proses akuntansi, pembelian, persediaan, dan pelaporan keuangan di industri restoran/kafe.
Mampu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada tim dengan komunikasi yang jelas dan sabar.
Teliti, sistematis, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Gili Trawangan.
Durasi Kerja
Kandidat diharapkan dapat bekerja minimal 6 bulan untuk proses setup, training, dan memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik.
Jika sesuai dengan budget perusahaan dan kandidat berminat untuk melanjutkan dalam jangka waktu yang lebih panjang, peluang kerja sama jangka panjang juga terbuka.
