Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Manage legal documentation, including agreements, letters, Power of Attorney (POA), Letter of Appointment (LOA), and corporate legal documents.
- Draft and prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
- Draft and prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for distributors.
- Assist in reporting counterfeit/illegal products.
- Handle administrative tasks related to BPOM licensing and permits.
- Review agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Law (Business Law/Civil Law).
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Full Work from Office (WFO).
- Knowledge or interest in the beauty care/beauty products industry.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
