Job Description

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. Responsibilities:

1. To learn and implement safety procedures as company requirements.
2. To learn the process and carry out dismantling engine components, cleaning engine components, and assembling engine components.
3. To learn and carry out measuring engine components and how to use measurement tools accurately.
4. To learn and implement engine diesel system knowledge related to how to solve failure cases/troubleshoot problems.
5. Immediately report to the superior whenever any improper or unsafe condition is found within the workshop area.
6. Special assignments.
7. To carry out duties as an intern to expand technical knowledge related to Engine repair and Overhaul, supporting the achievement of department objectives to meet customer satisfaction accurately and correctly.
8. Maintain all HSE standards with zero tolerance for deviations.

Requirements:

1. At least D3 level from a related field or Technician High School with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Has a good sense of interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive and has a sense of product repair skills.
4. Familiar with MS Office and proficient in written and oral English.
5. Has wide exposure to Engine Diesel products.
6. High passion for direct hands-on activity with engine components and applications.
7. This internship is based in our Balikpapan Office.
