As an Assistant Mandarin Speaker, you will be responsible for providing support to our Mandarin-speaking clients and assisting with various tasks related to communication and coordination.
Responsibilities
• Provide translation and interpretation services between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
• Assist in communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Mandarin-speaking executives.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 4 or above) and Indonesian/English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Willingness to be based in Bogor.
