Product Analyst

What You Will Do
Currently, we are looking for the position of Product Analyst. In general, you will be performing market research and analyze market data, identifying consumer behaviors and trends . Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics.
• Assess the performance and impact of existing products and features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, reviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical teams, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, GTM, GDS, or data visualization tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex issues logically and systematically.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia’s education.
