  • Generate leads through outbound approaches (LinkedIn, cold email, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Identify clients’ pain points and goals, and customize proposals to meet their needs
  • Communicate clients’ needs to internal stakeholders
  • Present the company’s vision, mission, and product offerings to clients through online and offline meetings
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to acquire leads
  • Manage client data in a database based on deal stage and lifecycle
  • Execute strategies and achieve OKRs defined by the leadership
  • Create data-driven reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) explaining sales performance, key drivers, and future recommendations/action items

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Preferably has experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
