About the Role

As a Ops & Strategy is responsible for ensuring that all company operational processes run effectively, are well-standardized, and comply with internal policies as well as quality standards (including ISO). This role focuses on developing SOPs, monitoring operational execution, and conducting analysis to drive continuous improvement across projects and business processes.

Job Description

• Develop, enhance, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
• Conduct regular reviews of SOPs to align with business needs and organizational growth
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and provide actionable improvement recommendations

• Monitor and control the implementation of SOPs across all relevant departments
• Design and implement SOP/compliance checklists to ensure adherence to defined processes
• Evaluate compliance levels and report findings to management

• Monitor the completeness and quality of project documentation
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and managed in accordance with company standards

• Oversee the implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across projects
• Ensure each SDLC phase is executed in accordance with established procedures
• Identify potential risks or deviations and recommend corrective actions

• Monitor and control the implementation of ISO-related policies and procedures
• Ensure all operations and projects comply with the company's Quality Management System
• Support both internal and external ISO audit processes

• Analyze ongoing projects to identify:
  • Process bottlenecks
  • Operational inefficiencies
  • Project risks
• Provide recommendations to improve project management and delivery processes
• Prepare analysis reports and present improvement recommendations to management

Requirements  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Operation or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of SOP governance and operational process management
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 37001, etc.)
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to identify operational risks and process gaps
