Duty Manager JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
2. Familiar with hotel system is an advantage (Power Pro system)
3. Proficient in emergency procedures, with a strong ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
4. Demonstrates exceptional upselling skills, driven to elevate guest satisfaction.
5. Fluency in English both oral and written
6. A creative and dynamic personality, dedicated to delivering personalized, high- quality service
7. Oversees hotel operations, expertly managing guest concerns and optimizing online reviews
