Position Responsibilities
- Mengawasi aktivitas akuntansi harian, termasuk utang usaha ( accounts payable ), piutang usaha ( accounts receivable ), dan laporan keuangan.
- Menyiapkan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan, anggaran, perkiraan ( forecast ), serta analisis keuangan lainnya untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.
- Bertanggung jawab memantau umur piutang pelanggan ( customer ageing ) dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap hukum serta peraturan yang berlaku.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi yang relevan, peraturan perpajakan, serta kebijakan dan prosedur keuangan internal.
- Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan keakuratan laporan keuangan dan integritas data.
- Membantu proses audit dengan menyediakan dokumentasi yang diperlukan dan penjelasan mengenai transaksi keuangan.
- Berhubungan dengan pihak bank untuk urusan pembiayaan, termasuk pembiayaan baru, peninjauan fasilitas pembiayaan, dan lain-lain.
- Berpartisipasi dalam proyek khusus dan tugas ad-hoc sesuai kebutuhan.
Qualification and Experience
- Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Keuangan, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait, atau telah menyelesaikan sebagian sertifikasi profesional (misalnya: CPA, ACCA).
- Pengalaman lebih dari 8 tahun di bidang Akuntansi atau Keuangan di industri F&B ( Food & Beverage ) atau Ritel.
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia.
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang prinsip dan praktik akuntansi. Berpengalaman dan kompeten menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi (misalnya: SAP, Oracle Netsuite, QuickBooks) dan Microsoft Excel.
- Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik.
- Perhatian yang kuat terhadap detail dan akurasi.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu menangani laporan keuangan lengkap ( full set of financial statements ).
