Great hiring doesn't happen without great recruiters behind it. Kredivo Group is bringing on a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract to help drive that, across Product, Data, Risk, and Internal Audit, with Product as the biggest chunk of the work.
About The Job :
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Product roles, from job posting through offer, as the main priority, with Data, Risk, and Internal Audit as secondary coverage.
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates against role requirements and team fit.
- Keep pipeline data accurate and current in the tracker/ATS so hiring decisions are never made on stale information.
- Share regular pipeline updates with the TA Manager and flag bottlenecks before they become delays.
- Support offer negotiation and a smooth handover into onboarding.
About You :
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to Product or tech-adjacent hiring.
- Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly and confidently with hiring managers.
- Able to manage multiple open roles at once under tight timelines without losing quality.
- Fintech or fast-paced industry background is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Available to start immediately given the contract length.
