- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, serving as their trusted advisor
- Understnd clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and life-stage needs to deliver personalized wealth planning
- Recommend suitable investment products and solutions (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, etc.)
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively communicate market insights to clients
- Achieve and exceed targets related to assets under management (AUM), revenue, and client acquisition
- Identify referral opportunities and expand the client base through networking and client advocacy
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services sales
- Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio (AUM or revenue targets)
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and capital markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid professional certifications (e.g., WPPE/CSPA in Indonesia, CFA/CFP is a plus)
- High integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
- Fluent in English; strong network in the local market is an advantage
