Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Menerima panggilan telepon yang masuk
- Menjawab permasalahan nasabah
- Memberikan solusi
- Mencatat pesan atau persoalan yang harus diselesaikan perusahaan dan lain-lain
- Melakukan tugas call center lainnya
- Berdomisili di Depok
- Minimal Lulusan D3/S1 semua Jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.75 (Fresh graduate/berpengalaman)
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan komputer office
- Mau bekerja dalam sistem shift
- Suara Phonegenic dan tidak berlogat
- Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar, disiplin dan motivasi yang tinggi
- Memiliki kesehatan yang baik (hindari yang punya sakit maag, perut, pusing, THT, batuk, dll)
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki jiwa service, ramah, empaty dan berbicara dengan artikulasi yang jelas
- Good Looking dan rapi
