[Publishing Center] Social Media Specialist(A184014)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end management of MLBB ID social media platforms, especially Tiktok and Youtube, including platform strategies, daily content planning, ads promotion, monthly algorithm check and update, livestream assist, etc.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of third party in handling MLBB ID social media Instagram, Facebook, social media groups (FB/Discord/WhatsApp groups). Able to provide strategic guidance for stablility and growth when needed.
• Capable of independently handling large-scale social media activities and UGC activities, to achieve the goals of exposure, interaction, and information dissemination.
• Be the social media PIC of S-campaign. Responsible to closely allign with campaign planners and other related division to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Focusing in planning and executing all social media related SOW (Platforms, Livestream, UGC PGC contents) during special period.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of feedback gathering and socail media compliance (DM + comments management). Focusing on daily users' feedback collection and S-campaign pre and post feedback collection.
• Be sensitive towards players' preferences, as well as all local news and trends, be able to identify and judge upcoming applications of local trends for future in-game / marketing development
• Have good experience and judgment on high-quality assets. Manage image & video editors for social media asset delivery across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong in day-to-day operations and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player are prioritized. Should be with strong familiarity with the MLBB community, gameplay, and trends.
• Preferred: Capable of using AI tools in social media works
