Factory Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
• Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly) to achieve targets.
• To review and analyze business processes to ensure the process goes efficiently and effectively.
• Control the procurement and use of raw materials, packaging materials, and labor as efficiently as possible.
• Directing and evaluating system implementation: Quality, Food Safety, Halal Assurance, HSE, Energy Management System.
• Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target setting and quality goals.
• Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents. JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management or other relevant fields.
• Minimal 3 years experience as a Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Group Dept. Head.
• Preferably from Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Understand the principles of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management System.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
