Sourcing & Recruitment Internship

Job Summary:

As a Sourcing & Recruitment Intern, you will assist the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and the opportunity to learn about various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and networking) to source potential candidates. Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Job Postings: Assist in writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms. Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to prospective candidates.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding activities, including social media posts and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) is a plus.
