Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan tugas bagian Customer Service
- Melayani pelanggan serta memberikan informasi dengan jelas mengenai jasa layanan,program & produk dari perusahaan
- Mengidentifikasi dan mencatat permasalahan atau keluhan pelanggan
- Menangani berbagai keluhan dan menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan
- Melakukan cross selling produk ke customer
- Berdomisili di Palembang
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan internet ,khususnya Windows Microsoft Office dan
- Microsoft Excel.
- Mampu mengetik dengan lancar dan cepat
- Jujur,ulet dan bertanggung jawab
