Job Role

The Social Media & Content Manager is a strategic, high-impact content marketing role responsible for building brand authority, expanding digital reach, and generating qualified investment leads through premium content production and multi-platform distribution.

This role goes beyond traditional social media management by serving as the organization's content engine, producing high-quality digital assets that guide potential investors through the marketing funnel—from awareness and trust-building to lead generation and sales conversion. Working closely with the Founder and management team, the successful candidate will independently create, optimize, and distribute compelling content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and email marketing channels while continuously improving performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish long-form videos, short-form content, and promotional materials across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and other digital channels.
• Develop executive personal branding content that positions company leadership as trusted authorities within the real estate investment industry.
• Repurpose core content into multiple platform-specific assets to maximize audience reach, engagement, and content efficiency.
• Create high-converting marketing copy, email nurturing campaigns, landing page content, and lead generation assets.
• Optimize content performance through continuous testing of thumbnails, titles, hooks, video retention, click-through rates (CTR), and audience engagement metrics.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, linking digital engagement to qualified leads and sales pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and external creative partners to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all published content consistently reflects the company's premium brand positioning, design quality, craftsmanship, and investment value proposition.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, content trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to maximize organic and paid reach.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience with a strong creative portfolio will also be considered.
• Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital video production, or content marketing.
• Proven experience creating strategic content for premium brands, real estate, property investment, luxury lifestyle, or other high-value products and services.
• Experience supporting founder branding, executive thought leadership, or high-ticket marketing funnels is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies, LinkedIn content distribution, Meta platform advertising, SEO fundamentals, and content optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to transform a single content asset into multiple platform-specific formats for maximum audience engagement.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and digital communication skills with a commercial mindset focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze content performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness based on measurable business outcomes.
• Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
