Tax Manager

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax department. The Tax Manager will oversee all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations while optimizing the company's tax position. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and audit support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for the organization.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize overall tax liabilities.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise management on relevant implications.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and lead external tax audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess the tax implications of business decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with international tax regulations and transfer pricing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in tax software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
