Sales Operations Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role focuses on providing administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth operations and excellent client servicing for our Indonesia sales team. Occasional support for other regional teams may be required.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable balancing on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Indonesia sales team to ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing documents in collaboration with the sales team.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to request pricing and lead times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all client and deal data is properly logged.
• Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for internal use.
• Assist with order processing, documentation, and coordination between departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
• Support other regional sales teams across Asia when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements in all administrative processes.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or back-office sales support.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
