We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team for a direct contract role, Credit Card and Loan Acquisition Support

Responsibilities:

• To support Acquisition & Portfolio streams by driving portfolio revenue growth through optimization of product proposition & pricing strategy, margin management, and commercialization initiatives across Credit Cards and Personal Loans
• To support respective Acquisition leads to grow customers by segments, which involving various channels i.e. Branch, Mobile Sales Force, Telesales, Sky RM, etc.
• Key contact person for coordination with relevant stakeholders i.e. Retail Sales, Branch, Underwriting, and Risk team.
• Responsible for a smoother end to end acquisition process on bundling banking and standalone
• Attractive for customer communication strategy and accelerating digital self-service adoption as new channel acquisition journey as key product penetration portfolio

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong understanding of credit card and personal loan acquisition economics, pricing, and profitability drivers.
• Experience in product, portfolio management, acquisition channels, strategic initiatives, or revenue growth programs.
• Strong analytical capability (Excel and data visualization tools preferred).
• Ability to structure business cases and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Effective stakeholder management across Risk, Finance, Ops, and Digital teams.
• Strong project leadership discipline with focus on measurable outcomes.
