Quality Assurance Analyst (Risk Management) - Regional Kalimantan

Responsibilities

1. Conduct quality assurance (QA) and post disbursement review in Branch process to ensure the process complies with SOP.
2. Provide recommendations for Branch and monitor implementation of action plans.
3. Conduct risk-related (operational risk & credit risk) training in Branch.
4. Continuously review existing business processes and coordinate with related parties to conduct process improvements.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years experience in quality assurance/risk & control/internal audit in the financial industry, preferably related to micro business.
2. Bachelor’s degree.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Good internal control knowledge.
5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong knowledge of micro segment credit processes.
7. Willing to be based in/willing to relocate to Kalimantan.
8. Willing to travel throughout Indonesia.
