- Responsible to Prepare an annual training calendar till execution
- Responsible to Identify the training need of the organization
- Prepare and update the training manuals
- Analyze feedback for improvement opportunities
- Ensure and prepare reports on the results of training implementation
⛩️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in every major, or a related field.
- At least 2 year’s experience in the training environment
- Experience in multifinance/fintech industry will be plus point
- Familiar with financing industry and financial technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Certified Train The Trainer SPPI
- Certified Train The Trainer BNSP
