  • Responsible to Prepare an annual training calendar till execution 
  • Responsible to Identify the training need of the organization
  • Prepare and update the training manuals 
  • Analyze feedback for improvement opportunities
  • Ensure and prepare reports on the results of training implementation

⛩️ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in every major, or a related field.
  • At least 2 year’s experience in the training environment
  • Experience in multifinance/fintech industry will be plus point
  • Familiar with financing industry and financial technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Certified Train The Trainer SPPI
  • Certified Train The Trainer BNSP
