JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a sushi-focused kitchen.
3. Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation.
4. Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.
