Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan klien atau customer
- Menerima dan memberikan solusi kepada customer mengenaik permasalahan yang telah dihadapi
- Memberikan penjelasan dengan bahasa yang baik sehingga customer service dapat mengerti apa yang telah perusahaan sampaikan
- Mengerjakan tugas lainnya untuk posisi customer service sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku di setiap perusahaan
- Berdomisili di Bogor
- Pendidikan miimal Diploma (D1, D2, D3, D4) / S1
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun (disukai)
- Berpenampilan rapih dan menarik
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Tidak memiliki logat berbicara daerah
- Dapat berbicara dengan 2 bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia
- Fresh Graduate Wellcome
