Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Memantau dan menetapkan jadwal untuk variasi lisensi dan persetujuan perpanjangan
- Tangani dan berikan lisensi dan izin perusahaan
- Memahami alur kerja yang tepat untuk berhasil memproses dan memperoleh lisensi legal dari izin pemerintah setempat
- Tinjau dan draf kontrak, perjanjian, dan dokumen lain untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua undang-undang atau hukum
- Tinjau dan berikan nasihat hukum tentang dokumen perusahaan yang diperlukan sehubungan dengan tindakan korporasi yang relevan
- Tetap up to date dengan perubahan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan pedoman
- Bangun hubungan dengan otoritas pemerintah lokal dan entitas yang relevan untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi yang efisien baik secara internal maupun eksternal
- Mendokumentasikan dan menyimpan semua dokumen hukum dengan aman dan teratur
- Melakukan tugas lainya untuk posisi legal staff / legal officer
- Berdomisili di Depok
- S1 jurusan Hukum, IPK min 3.0
- Pendidikan minimal D3 (admin Legal)
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman (diutamakan)
- Fresh Graduate S1 Jurusan Hukum dipersilahkan
- Lancar berbahasa Inggris & Indonesia
- Keahlian negosiasi yang bagus
- Komunikasi yang kuat dan persuasif
- Integritas yang jujur dan tinggi
- Pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang segala aspek hukum
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan keahlian Microsoft Office
