You’ll work closely with the team leaders to ensure smooth recruitment, accurate HR administration, strong compliance, and a positive employee experience — in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete documentation and smooth employee transitions.
• Prepare employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), addendums, and HR-related letters.
• Maintain accurate employee data, attendance records, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll data preparation, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and BPJS administration.
• Assist in performance management processes, KPI documentation, and appraisal cycles.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.
• Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation related to company growth and IPO readiness.

Strong understanding of HR administration, employment contracts, and basic labor regulations.

Comfortable managing data, documents, and multiple HR processes simultaneously.
