Senior Engineer Environment, Safety & Health

In your new role you will:

• Maintain adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, ISO 45001:2018, SMK3, and enhance company OHS effectiveness
• Be a role model safety leadership and leading safety related investigation and 8D process to determine root cause with short- and long-term solutions, timely follow-up of all recommended actions by respective assigned employees.
• Developing and preparing reports for relevant local regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations and policies
• Coordinating OHS training programs, site Emergency Response team’s capabilities on OHS related emergencies, across the organization
• Ensure workplace risk assessment, and safe work permit evaluation is performed and reviewed
• Lead fire protection system assesment and ensure adherence to fire protection standard
• Maintain effective safety communication, information, and education throughout the organization.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Occupational Health & Safety Engineering
• Has minimum 3 years expereince in manufacturing, preferable in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
• Has relevant training (AK3 Umum, fire protection, risk assessment, incident investigation)
• Experience with ISO 45001, SMK3, and Fire Safety audit
• Problem solving, and root cause identification skills
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• A team player with strong leadership, and interpersonal skills.
