• Minimal 3 Tahun pengalaman sebagai Technical Writer di bidang teknologi, software development, atau produk digital.
• Berpengalaman membuat dan mengelola dokumen Functional Specification Document (FSD), API Documentation, dan System Documentation.
• Memahami dasar-dasar teknis terkait API (REST/JSON, SOAP, dll.), termasuk request & response format, data type, object & list structure, serta database schema (FK & PK).
•Familiar dengan tools dokumentasi API seperti Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Redoc, atau sejenisnya.
•Memahami lifecycle pengembangan software (SDLC) dan metodologi Agile/Scrum.
•Mampu membaca dan memahami basic query SQL untuk verifikasi data (nilai tambah).
•Terbukti mampu menghasilkan dokumentasi teknis yang rapi, terstruktur, konsisten, dan sesuai standar profesional IT.
•Memiliki kemampuan menyusun dokumentasi yang dapat dipahami baik oleh audience teknis (developer, QA, engineer) maupun non-teknis (product, business, client).
•Mampu menggunakan template dan style guide untuk menjaga konsistensi dokumentasi.

•Detail-oriented dengan kemampuan analisis yang baik.
•Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja lintas fungsi dengan tim Product Manager, Business Analyst, dan Engineer.
•Time management yang baik, mampu menyelesaikan tugas sesuai deadline. Proaktif dalam mencari informasi untuk memastikan dokumentasi akurat dan up-to-date.
•Menulis, mengelola, dan memperbarui dokumentasi teknis seperti FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specification, System Flow, dan User Guide.
•Membuat dokumentasi API yang mudah dipahami dan sesuai standar industri.
•Menjaga version control dokumentasi agar sinkron dengan release produk.
•Melakukan review dokumentasi untuk memastikan kualitas, konsistensi, dan kepatuhan pada standar perusahaan.
•Memberikan masukan terkait proses dokumentasi agar lebih efisien dan terstandarisasi.
