This is a fulltime onsite role for a COO Hotel (Corporate Level) for one our hospitality group operator client in Jakarta Indonesia. The COO will be responsible for overseeing business Finance & Accounting operations implementing strategies to drive growth managing budgets and ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen and decisionmaking abilities
- Business Planning Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Finance and Budgeting skills
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
