Profil Perusahaan Kami adalah produsen suku cadang motor asal Tiongkok dengan keunggulan teknis dan lini produksi yang mumpuni. Saat ini kami sedang memperluas pasar ke Indonesia, mulai dari e-commerce lintas batas (cross-border) hingga operasional offline (O2O).

Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Penerjemah & komunikasi: menjadi jembatan komunikasi harian (lisan dan tulisan) antara tim Tiongkok dan tim lokal, serta menerjemahkan dokumen kerja.
- Pengelolaan e-commerce: menjalankan operasional harian toko di Shopee, Lazada, dan TikTok Shop, mencakup pendaftaran produk, pembaruan stok, penyesuaian tampilan toko, dan merespons pesan pembeli.
- Dukungan operasional & legalitas: membantu penginputan data, pengarsipan dokumen operasional, serta berkoordinasi dalam pengurusan izin usaha dan sertifikasi SNI.
- Pengumpulan data pasar: membantu mengumpulkan data harga, produk kompetitor, dan preferensi konsumen suku cadang motor di pasar lokal.
- Dukungan jalur offline: mendata, menghubungi, dan merapikan kontak calon mitra grosir maupun bengkel di area Jakarta dan sekitarnya.
Persyaratan
- Wanita, usia 2235 tahun (berdomisili di Jakarta).
- Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 dari semua jurusan.
- Fasih berbahasa Mandarin dan Indonesia, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal satu tahun di bidang administrasi, e-commerce, atau otomotif (menjadi nilai tambah).
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office (khususnya Microsoft Excel untuk mengolah data operasional).
- Teliti, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan nyaman bekerja di lingkungan startup.
- Wajib memiliki SIM A atau C yang masih aktif.
