- Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing / Public Relation / Komunikasi / Mass Media
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai marketing communication
- Berpengalaman dalam Brand Management
- Berpengalaman membuat/menghandle project promosi
- Berpengalaman dalam membuat konsep dan implementasi program promosi perusahaan
- Memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan media relation
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemempuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
- Mengetahui seputar internet marketing
- Enerjik, memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi, disiplin
- Kreatif, mampu berpikir cepat, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
