Support the Sea Logistics Operations team by reviewing and verifying shipping documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely export documentation processes.

How you create impact

• Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure documentation complies with shipping requirements and established procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the smooth execution of sea freight export operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What we would like you to bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics are welcome.
• Candidates with prior experience must have hands-on exposure to shipping or export documentation.
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding processes and Incoterms.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Conversational English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
