Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Membantu pelaksanaan semua program kerja Project Supervisor / Asisten Supervisor Projek tercapai sesuai perencanaan.
- Membantu memastikan semua Elemen yang terkait di Project telah berjalan sesuai SOP.
- Membantu kerja Project Supervisor untuk mencapai tujuan kerja.
- Membantu Mengawasi dan berkordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun external.
- Mengikuti Briefing project
- Membuat melengkapi data laporan Project.
- Bertanggung jawab memberikan laporan kepada Project Supervisor pada saat terjadi hal-hal diluar perencanaan Project.
- Memberikan masukan untuk Analisa Project.
- Pendidikan Min D3 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun dibidang yang sama.
- Memiliki Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
- Memahami Teknis Project Advertising, Interior dan Event Organizer diutamakan.
- Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim.
- Dapat mengoperasikan MS Office.
- Aktif dan Responsif.
- Mampu mengambil keputusan
