Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end HR department with particular focus in bringing their transformation agendas live, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Identify and implement innovative HR solutions, leveraging technology and data analytics to improve processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to streamline HR operations, enhance talent management practices, and improve employee engagement.
• Manage change initiatives related to HR transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to the organization.
• Develop and execute plans to adopt new HR technologies, ensuring successful integration into existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR transformation initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess impact.
• Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business stakeholders throughout the transformation process, addressing any challenges and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on emerging HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to inform and guide transformation efforts.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in leading HR transformation or change management projects, especially on culture engagement and productivity improvement.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and technologies, with the ability to apply this expertise in driving change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and track the success of initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and navigate change effectively.
