Finance Accounting Tax Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing of financial statements in compliance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, ensuring the results are complete and accurate and delivered timely to key stakeholders.
• Handling and controlling all company financial aspect by effective and efficient, include general ledger, account payable, account receivable, and petty cash.
• Review & prepare cash flow, payable and company's financial performance reports.
• Prepare Cost Projections
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledger, and other record detailing financial business transaction.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support decision-making.
• To make coordination and control planning, reporting and payment for taxation as income tax 23, income tax 4 (2), income tax 25/29, up to the PPN and Annual tax return (SPT Tahunan).
• Preparing report for standalone, consolidation and any additional request for third parties such as, auditors and banks. JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Major in Taxation or Accounting preferred, Minimum 2-3 year experience in Finance Accounting Tax Industry
2. Certified Brevet A, B, C is preferred.
3. Familiar and understand with E-SPT, E-Faktur, E-Bukpot and other online systems related to tax.
4. Up to date and familiar with Indonesia Tax system especially VAT updates.
5. Experience in StartUp or Vape industry is a plus.
6. Expertise in Accurate Software
7. Experience in accounting system (i.e Xero Accounting Software)
8. Detail, oriented, disciplined, responsible, able to work individually or part of the team
9. Good time management, honest, strong analytical skills, and sense of urgency
10. Proven knowledge of corporate finance and business forecasting with strong knowledge of accounting standards
11. Good interpersonal skills and expert in Ms Office (i.e Excel, word, powerpoint, google drive)
