We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operational Manager to lead the daytoday operations of our exclusive 12 highend lofts located just 300 meters from the ocean in Canggu Pererenan Bali. These luxury properties are designed for travelers seeking a unique blend of comfort and personalized service and we are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role will involve overseeing housekeeping maintenance stock management vendor relations and operational team recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping maintenance and front desk staff. Ensure properties are maintained in pristine condition through effective training and scheduling.
- Stock & Vendor Management: Oversee inventory levels and maintain strong vendor relationships ensuring the timely supply of housekeeping and maintenance materials at costeffective rates.
- Operations & OTA Management: Manage online travel agency (OTA) listings revenue and budgets for the 12 lofts. Ensure operational costs are controlled while maintaining highquality standards.
- Guest Services: Oversee checkins and checkouts payment processing and ensure that guests have a seamless and memorable stay.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Hire and train front desk housekeeping and maintenance teams ahead of the propertys grand opening in October.
Requirements:
- Willing to work at Canggu Bali.
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or property management.
- Having background from an international hotel chain will be prioritized.
- Fluent in English with strong management skills and experience in international hotel chains.
- Familiar with property management software Excel Word and local hospitality regulations.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
