Point Of Hire : Balikpapan
Status: Kontrak

Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Memastikan penerapan sistem manajemen HSE sesuai peraturan perusahaan, klien, dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
- Melakukan inspeksi rutin, safety patrol, dan monitoring kondisi kerja di area proyek.
- Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan berisiko dilakukan sesuai prosedur dan izin kerja (Permit to Work/PTW).
- Melaksanakan toolbox meeting, safety induction, dan kampanye keselamatan kerja.
- Mengidentifikasi bahaya, melakukan penilaian risiko (HIRA/JSA), serta merekomendasikan tindakan pengendalian.
- Melakukan investigasi insiden, near miss, dan unsafe act/unsafe condition serta menyusun laporan dan rekomendasi perbaikan.
- Memantau kepatuhan penggunaan APD dan implementasi prosedur keselamatan kerja.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, kontraktor, dan klien terkait pelaksanaan program HSE.
- Menyiapkan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait kinerja HSE proyek.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan emergency drill dan program kesiapsiagaan darurat.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) dari semua jurusan, diutamakan K3, Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai HSE Officer di proyek offshore atau onshore.
- Memahami Sistem Manajemen K3, HIRA/JSA, PTW, Incident Investigation, dan Emergency Response.
- Memiliki sertifikasi K3 yang masih berlaku (AK3 Umum, BNSP, atau sertifikasi setara).
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan membuat laporan HSE.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem roster dan ditempatkan di seluruh area proyek perusahaan.

- Pengalaman di industri Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, atau Construction.
- Memiliki sertifikasi tambahan seperti:
- H2S Awareness
- Basic Fire Fighting
- First Aid/CPR
- ISO 45001 Awareness/Internal Auditor
- BOSIET/FOET (untuk offshore)
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
