Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
• Cost saving program and efficiency in the use of energy, spare parts and operations.
• Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target. JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimal Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Minimal 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry (preferably Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry).
• Project Management skills and experience are an added advantage.
• Understand vertical and horizontal machine packing, process machine, utilities, preventive maintenance systems, 5W and Fishbone Methods, TPM, AM, PLC, and SAP PM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
