- Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Create business process models, use cases, and user stories.
- Support banking system development and implementation.
- Work with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Handle banking domains such as Core Banking, Loan, and Wealth Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in banking.
- Strong business and functional analysis skills.
- Experience in business process modelling, use cases, and user stories .
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking systems , especially Core Banking, Loan, and Wealth.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Flexible and willing to learn new technologies and business domains.
