Who We're Looking For
We are seeking motivated, quality-driven Hiring Partners who specialize in sourcing and are passionate about connecting top talent with outstanding career opportunities.
This opportunity is perfect if you:
Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, in-house, or independent)
Are passionate about identifying top talent
Prefer to focus on sourcing rather than full-cycle recruitment
Are looking to build a long-term recruitment career
Want access to high-quality, exclusive roles from leading companies
Your Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive-level positions
- Review candidate profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and social media
- Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools
- Continuously develop your recruitment expertise through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
