As a participant in the NGT Program, you will:

What We're Looking For

We're seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with DHL Supply Chain.

✅ Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in any field, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, or graduates with less than 1 year of work experience

✅ Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00 (or equivalent)

✅ Possess a valid English proficiency certification (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)

✅ Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business acumen

✅ Resilient, driven, proactive, and eager to take on challenges

✅ Active involvement in student organizations, leadership activities, or extracurricular programs is an advantage

✅ Passion for continuous learning, self-development, and career growth

✅ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

✅ Committed to completing the full 2-year Next Generation Talent Program (NGT)

✅ Willing to be placed across DHL Supply Chain Indonesia operational locations nationwide
