Aside from their product, they are also modernising the way of business, capturing the hearts of their clients through effective branding.
Job Description
- Provide effective strategic recommendations with clear targets and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
- Support the development and diversification of the portfolio based on findings from market trends and competitors.
- Monitor the rollout of new business initiatives/pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement, especially from the supply chain and operations perspective.
- Improve and standardize operational procedures to increase overall bottom line.
- Enhance overall customer experience through efficient business processes, leading to increased customer retention.
- Promote agility to ensure competitiveness in the market based on customer preferences and trends.
- Report to COO and GMs weekly.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence.
- Have a deep interest and enthusiasm for the F&B industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive execution of ideas.
- Well-developed communication skills with various senior-level stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
- Strong leadership skills.
